Be guided through Pineridge Forest as you engage your senses and experience a nourishing connection with nature. Begin the walk with a guided meditation to engage our bodies, promote mindfulness, release tension and open our minds. Each walk concludes with a mindfulness activity that relates with the weekly theme.
