Meet us in the dome to begin with a guided forest mindfulness practice, personal forest bath in the beautiful trails of Pineridge Forest and end with a nourishing tea or fire ceremony. Expect to leave feeling refreshed, connected and inspired.

Once you've discovered the healing power of nature, you can lose yourself in the beauty of your surroundings, leave everyday stress behind, and reach a place of greater calm and wellness.

All participants are encouraged to dress appropriately as we will be spending some time outside and will accommodate the program weather depending.
